0070 — HTTP tracing and durable trace context
OpenTelemetry records HTTP execution, while outbox context and workflow identity remain durable metadata.
Decided. Use OpenTelemetry and W3C trace context, with OTLP HTTP export to the Datadog Agent or a local receiver. Shared middleware and internal clients own HTTP instrumentation. Business handlers pass their existing context.
